Description

  • Create and maintain proper filing systems, both in soft copy and hard copy, ensure effective documents controls for retrieval.
  • Maintain HR policies in accordance with Labour Laws and the Group Employee Handbook.
  • Handle employee counselling, disciplinary matters, show cause letters and warning letters when necessary.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters such as employment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters and other HR documents.
  • Coordinate staff welfare activities, refreshment arrangements, and office supplies (stationery & pantry items).
  • Organize staff engagement programs and team-building activities.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in HR/Admin or the F&B industry will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, staff welfare administration, and mandatory training requirements.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
