HR Associate
Extraordinaire Gas Corporation (REGASCO)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of HRDM, Psychology or any related courses
- With at least 6 months to 1 year experience handling HR Facets including: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations and Timekeeping and Payroll
- Knowledgeable on DOLE Reports and Processes
- Willing to work 6 days a week Mondays to Saturdays
Responsibilities
Recruitment
Replacement turnover (7 days)
Payroll
Accurate and Timely preparation of Payroll report (with zero audit findings and complaints)
13th-month pay computation and final pay computation for separated employees
Salary Loan deduction and other charges/deductions monitoring
Employee Relations
Handles corrective action process based on the Company Policy
Documentation of all the actions made for every Incident report received
Conducts exit interviews to separate employees
Timekeeping
Accuracy (with zeroaudit findings and complaint
Familiarity with labor standards and computation
Performance Management
Coordination with the Plant Manager, Sector Head, and Assistant Plant Manager
Documentation of evaluation forms (3rd and 5th Month)
Compensation and Benefits
Monitor the processing and facilitation of company and government-mandated benefits
Handle all government mandated benefits related concerns of employees (loans and claims)
Timely processing of payments of monthly remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) of the assigned refilling plant
