USRN Training Specialist – USRN (Any State) Non-Voice

A USRN Training Specialist is responsible for developing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs for healthcare professionals and support staff within a healthcare organization or business process outsourcing (BPO) setting. This non-voice role focuses on creating training materials, conducting virtual or system-based training sessions, assessing learner performance, and ensuring compliance with U.S. healthcare standards, policies, and clinical guidelines. The specialist leverages their active U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license and clinical expertise to provide accurate educational content, support process improvements, and enhance employee competency. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and instructional design skills, as well as proficiency in healthcare systems and documentation, while minimizing direct patient or customer interaction.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 year of BPO/CPO Utilization Review experience, preferably with teaching experience (academe background is okay)

Flexible to work on shifting schedule if business asks

(weekends, night shift, holidays)
