We are looking for a creative and experienced Training Content Designer to join our Learning & Development team. This role combines instructional design, content development, eLearning creation, and multimedia design to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials and eLearning content.

• Create interactive learning modules using Articulate 360.

• Write learner-focused content, facilitator guides, job aids, and training documentation.

• Transform business and learning requirements into effective instructional solutions.

• Develop multimedia assets, graphics, videos, and animations to enhance learning engagement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.

• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies in content development.

• Continuously improve learning materials based on feedback and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, training content development, or eLearning design.

• Advanced experience with Articulate 360.

• Strong content writing and curriculum development skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.

• Experience developing end-to-end eLearning courses and digital learning solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Portfolio showcasing eLearning, instructional design, graphic design, or multimedia projects is highly preferred.
