Project Management Officer

Work Location: United States (Remote Work From Home)

Eligibility: Candidates must be currently based in the United States, preferably in the New York Metropolitan Area or Silicon Valley region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee strategic projects related to cryptocurrency exchanges, digital wallets, digital banking, payment solutions, blockchain infrastructure, and asset management platforms.

2. Drive cross-functional project execution across Product, Engineering, Blockchain Development, Security, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams.

3. Establish PMO governance standards, project management frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and delivery best practices across the organization.

4. Coordinate the successful delivery of initiatives involving digital assets, stablecoins, fiat on/off-ramp services, trading platforms, custody solutions, and payment ecosystems.

5. Partner with leadership teams to define project priorities, resource planning, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risk management strategies.

6. Monitor project execution, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate operational, technical, regulatory, and business risks.

7. Facilitate communication among globally distributed teams, external partners, banking partners, liquidity providers, and technology vendors.

8. Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, KPI tracking, and strategic updates for senior management and stakeholders.

9. Support regulatory, compliance, and operational initiatives related to digital assets, AML/KYC, payments, and global financial services.

10. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes to support the company's rapid growth within the fintech and digital asset ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of PMO, Program Management, or Project Management experience, with at least 2 years in cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial services industries.

3. Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including exchanges, wallets, digital assets, stablecoins, custody solutions, blockchain networks, and payment infrastructure.

4. Fluent in English and workable Chinese languages, enabling effective communication with global stakeholders and Chinese-speaking teams.

5. Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced and high-growth environments.

6. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, risk management, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
