HR Staff
Xocus Bell Tech Merchandising Inc.
1. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
2. Address employee inquiries and provide guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, and company practices.
3. Assist in resolving employee concerns and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
4. Assist employees with timekeeping-related concerns, verify attendance data, and coordinate with the assigned point of contact for necessary corrections or approvals.
5. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and support enrollment and documentation processes.
6. Support employee relations activities and ensure proper implementation of company policies.
7. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
8. Prepare and submit HR-related reports and documentation as required.
9. Assist in conducting exit interviews and handling employee offboarding procedures.
10. Perform other HR and administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
- Good understanding of general HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
