Monitoring Specialist

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for monitoring and duty shifts for spot and derivatives (contract) trading operations, promptly and effectively handling anomalies.
2. Escalate major market events and risk incidents; track issue owners, handling progress, and final outcomes.
3. Document anomalous events and the handling process; complete cross-shift information handover and follow-up on unresolved items.
4. Compile and analyze alert data to help optimize monitoring rules, alert quality, and handling procedures.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Willing to accept shift work, night shifts, weekends, and statutory holiday scheduling.
3. Good English reading and writing ability, with clear written and fluent verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in finance, mathematics, computer science, data analysis, or related fields preferred.
2. Graduate of a local Top 10 university.
3. GPA of 3.5 or above (out of 4.0), or an average score of 80 or above.
4. Recipient of academic honors/awards.
5. Experience with exchanges, fintech, monitoring/duty shifts, risk operations, or related work.
6. Familiarity with concepts such as spot trading, derivatives/contracts, funding rates, order book depth, liquidity, and price deviation.
7. Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis skills.
8. Basic Chinese communication ability (it's a plus, not necessary)
