Technical Lead – SIT/UAT & Defect Resolution
Location: Singapore
Hiring for support Client
Arbeit is currently looking for an experienced Technical Lead to support a critical SIT/UAT and defect resolution phase for a large-scale transformation program.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the technical authority during SIT and UAT cycles
- Analyze and resolve complex defects (functional, integration, and data issues)
- Lead defect triage and root cause analysis with cross-functional teams
- Ensure system stability, deployment readiness, and release quality
- Provide technical guidance and mentor team members
We’re looking for someone with:
- 8+ years of experience in software development & technical leadership
- Strong experience in SIT/UAT support in large-scale programs
- Hands-on expertise in enterprise systems (Java/.NET) and integrations
- Experience working in Agile environments
