Senior Business Analyst – Migration & Testing

Arbeit is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale migration and transformation project.

In this role, you will:

• Lead business requirement gathering and functional analysis
• Define migration rules, data mapping, and validation logic
• Act as business SPOC during SIT/UAT phases
• Support defect triage, testing, and UAT signoff coordination
• Deliver status reports, dashboards, and readiness insights

We’re looking for someone with:

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Strong experience in migration/transformation programs
• Solid understanding of SIT/UAT processes
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
