● Brief and liaise with tour leaders/guides.
● Manage client expectations and concerns.
● Ensure implementation of sustainable tourism practices.
● Conduct supplier sustainability training and assessment.
● Build relationships with partners and suppliers.
● Follow company Code of Conduct.
● Other tasks as assigned.
