Voice Network Engineer

We are looking for a Voice Network Engineer to manage and support our voice infrastructure. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining voice network systems to ensure reliable and high-quality communication services. You will also work closely with other IT teams to support seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, deploy, and maintain voice network infrastructure

● Configure and manage AudioCodes SBC, OVOC, and Media Gateways

● Administer Cisco voice environments including CUCM and CME

● Handle call routing, dial plans, and endpoint provisioning

● Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

● Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues

● Provide advanced technical support for voice systems

● Document configurations, processes, and system changes

● Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams

Required Skills (Must Have)

● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

● 2+ years of relevant experience in voice/network engineering roles

● 2+ years of experience with AudioCodes SBC and OVOC

● Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM

● Strong knowledge of voice network infrastructure and VoIP concepts

Good to Have Skills

● Experience with Cisco CME

● Familiarity with Media Gateways

● Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting tools
