CALL CENTER AGENT / NON-VOICE

Call Center Agent | Voice & Non-Voice Accounts

We are currently hiring Call Center Agents for Voice and Non-Voice accounts. No prior BPO experience is required.

Qualifications:

• At least a K-12 Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with or without BPO experience

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information, assistance, and resolution to customer concerns
• Maintain quality service standards and meet performance targets
• Follow company policies, procedures, and communication guidelines
• Document customer interactions and updates in the system accurately
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
