Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software and hardware.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, determining the root cause and finding effective solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system for both customer and internal reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and improve troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months TSR
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications
  • Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach
