Job Description:

● Conduct requirements discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.

● Document AS-IS processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend TO-BE improvements.

● Translate business requirements into:

1. Functional requirements
2. Non-functional requirements
3. Use cases
4. Process flows and documentation

● Maintain structured documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and requirement logs.

● Support the IT Project Intake (Ingest) process by ensuring submitted initiatives meet required documentation and governance standards.

● Review and validate project request forms, requirements documentation, and supporting materials submitted by requestors.

● Support preparation of documentation required for CAB (Change Approval Board) and ARB (Architecture Review Board) reviews. C. Delivery Support (Working with the Project Manager)

● Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with project scope and timelines.

● Support solution design discussions with application teams, vendors, and SMEs.

● Assist in solution feasibility assessments and requirements prioritization discussions.

● Ensure requirements remain traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
