The Career Support Group Manager oversees performance, quality, and scalability of the function, managing leaders, improving systems, aligning with global objectives, and developing future leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own function-level KPIs including placements, quality, and productivity.
• Translate business goals into execution plans and targets
• Monitor trends, risks, and opportunities and take corrective action.
• Lead and develop Career Support Leads, Specialists and Associates.
• Conduct structured performance reviews and talent planning.
• Build leadership readiness and succession capability.
• Own workflows, standards, and escalation models.
• Identify systemic issues and implement scalable improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on operational alignment.
• Serve as the primary PH Career Support contact for leadership.
• Provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations, RPO, contact center leadership, or
• client-facing workforce management.
• Proven leadership experience managing team performance, client relationships, and candidate coordination in high-volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, adept at handling clients and candidate escalations.
• Analytical, adaptable, and skilled at driving team performance and service quality.
