  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  2. Coordinate employee hiring, onboarding, orientation, and deployment.
  3. Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and other HR-related documents.
  4. Maintain and organize employee 201 files and ensure records are complete and up to date.
  5. Monitor employee attendance, daily time records (DTR), leaves, overtime, and absences.
  6. Coordinate payroll preparation and ensure accurate submission of payroll requirements.
  7. Process employee clearances, resignations, and final pay documentation.
  8. Coordinate pre-employment and annual medical examinations.
  9. Ensure employees submit complete pre-employment requirements.
  10. Explain company policies, rules, regulations, and employee benefits
  11. Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  12. Prepare memoranda, notices, incident reports, and disciplinary action documents when necessary.
  13. Monitor employee performance evaluations, probationary periods, and contract renewals.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
  15. Prepare HR reports, manpower status, and recruitment updates for management.
  16. Coordinate training, seminars, and employee development programs.
  17. Ensure compliance with the Labor Code, company policies, and occupational safety requirements.
  18. Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee concerns.
  19. Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
