ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the business's finance and administrative operations by managing accounts, reporting, invoicing, and job administration. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting internal and external stakeholders.


WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Finance & Administration

  • Manage AP, AR, reconciliations, invoicing, and cash flow reporting
  • Process bills using Xero and Tradify
  • Prepare financial reports and monitor outstanding payments

Job Management & Administration

  • Schedule jobs and coordinate technicians
  • Maintain client records and job management systems
  • Process supplier invoices and support administrative reporting

Communication & Coordination

  • Respond to finance-related inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Prepare business correspondence and support daily operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bookkeeping
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
