Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (English & Chinese) Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients — from sourcing and screening to interviewing qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
• Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients
• Support offer negotiation and onboarding coordination as needed
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs related to sourcing volume, interview-to-placement ratio, and client satisfaction
Requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role (agency experience a plus)
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Excellent interviewing and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles/candidates simultaneously
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
