About the Role
This is not a cold sales role. Every person you speak with has already shown interest and submitted an application. They are warm, genuinely interested and already familiar with what we offer.
Your job is to:
- Understand their situation, goals and niche
- Walk them through the available plans
- Help them choose the right one
- Handle any questions or hesitations
- Take payment during or immediately after the call
- Complete the onboarding brief so the content team can begin immediately
- Each call is 20-30 minutes. You will typically handle 3-5 calls per day, 4 days per week.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct 20-30 minute Zoom consultation calls with warm applicants
- Listen carefully to understand their niche, goals and current situation
- Present the available plans clearly and confidently
- Answer questions about content creation, platforms, posting strategy and results
- Handle objections naturally — most will be about confidence, time or uncertainty about what to film
- Send the payment link during or immediately after the call
- Complete the client onboarding brief and hand it to the content team
- Follow up with no-shows within 1 hour to reschedule
- Track call outcomes in a simple shared sheet
Who We Are Looking For
Essential:
- 2+ years experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Strong knowledge of short-form video content — Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts
- Experience working with small businesses, coaches or personal brands
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, warm and confident on video calls
- Comfortable discussing content strategy, niche identification and audience building
- Reliable internet connection and quiet environment for calls
- Available for calls during Irish evening hours
Preferred:
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar content tools
- Has managed content calendars and posting schedules
- Previous experience in a client-facing or sales adjacent role
- Understands the basics of personal branding and online business
Personality:
- Warm, genuine and easy to talk to
- Listens more than they talk
- Curious about people and their goals
- Confident enough to guide someone to a decision without being pushy
- Takes ownership of their results
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Review scheduled calls for the day
- Check the application form submitted by each prospect
- Conduct 3-5 Zoom consultation calls
- Send payment links to interested clients
- Complete onboarding briefs for new clients and hand to content team
- Follow up with any no-shows from the day
- Update the call tracking sheet
