DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist in planning, developing, producing, and delivering marketing and communication materials to support the company's branding and promotional initiatives.
  2. Manage, monitor, and update the company's social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  3. Create, proofread, and publish clear, accurate, and engaging marketing content, including company announcements, presentations, promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  4. Coordinate with third-party event organizers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing events and activities.
  5. Maintain and regularly update the company's website and digital marketing platforms to ensure content remains accurate and relevant.
  6. Assist in designing and revising marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  7. Support the implementation and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns, including mobile advertising, social media marketing, and other online promotional initiatives.
  8. Perform administrative, clerical, and other marketing-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.


JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Canva, ADOBE photoshop, illustrator, InDesign and the likes.
  • Good Public Relations, Excellent verbal and written English Communication and presentation skills, has experience in events management and digital marketing.


EDUCATION:

  • Requires a Bachelor Degree in Advertising, Communications Marketing or any related course.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Marketing field.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Flexible multi-tasker with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Organized with ability to develop timelines, execute them, and meet the deadlines; Works well under pressure with a keen attention to detail; Able to manage social media and other contact systems to create and send messages; Desktop publishing skills to create spreadsheets, charts and Power point presentations will be helpful; self-motivated and passionate.
