Key Responsibilities / Job Description

Develop, maintain, and execute test procedures, test plans, and test specifications to verify product functionality, reliability, and quality.

Analyze test results to identify product failures, process deviations, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and manufacturing defects using systematic root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.

Design, validate, and maintain test fixtures, jigs, and automated test systems to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, process, and quality engineering teams to resolve product and production issues.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including prototype validation, pilot builds, and production ramp-up.

Monitor production yield and test performance metrics, implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality management systems.

Generate technical reports, document test results, and present findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to engineering teams and stakeholders.

Perform failure analysis and validation testing to ensure products meet design specifications and customer expectations.

Identify opportunities to optimize test processes, reduce test cycle time, and increase manufacturing productivity through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
