Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or Finance.
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP Business One administration or implementation experience.
- Strong proficiency in writing T-SQL or SAP HANA SQL Script queries.
- Experience with Data Transfer Workbench (DTW), Formatted Searches (FMS), and Crystal Reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business user requests into technical solutions.
- SAP B1 Application Associate Certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize core SAP B1 modules .
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for end-user troubleshooting.
- Build custom reports, ad-hoc queries, and executive dashboards using Crystal Reports, Query Generator, and SQL/HANA views.
- Manage system updates, database backups, authorization checks, and third-party integrations.
- Audit system data, oversee master data imports (via DTW), and continuously evaluate business workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Create end-user documentation and train internal team members on system features.
