- Ensures proper and adequate maintenance of all tie-up agents/service partners and carriers.
- Reviews own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Gains a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Makes accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provides customers with quotations
