Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably as an Area Manager, District Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
Proven experience managing multiple store locations and leading store managers and field teams.
Strong background in sales management, retail operations, inventory control, and customer service.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel extensively and conduct regular store visits across North Luzon.
Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, mobile phones, gaming, or specialty retail is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple store branches within the assigned territory.
Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs.
Monitor store compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and business reviews.
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and branch personnel to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and loss prevention initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of promotions, launches, and operational initiatives.
Prepare and submit accurate sales, operations, and performance reports to management.
Identify opportunities for business growth and implement strategies to improve overall store performance.
