Payment Operations at KLICKL

Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day fiat and digital-asset payouts and settlements.

· Coordinate payments to individuals, merchants and corporate clients.

· Monitor payout statuses and resolve failed, delayed or returned transactions.

· Ensure payouts are processed through the appropriate payment partner, account and currency.

· Work with Finance and Treasury to maintain sufficient settlement and payout balances.

· Perform daily transaction and balance reconciliation.

· Investigate settlement discrepancies and outstanding transactions.

· Maintain records of payout fees, exchange rates and settlement amounts.

· Coordinate with banks, payment providers, remittance partners and digital-asset service providers.

· Maintain information on supported countries, currencies, payout methods, fees, limits and processing times.

· Support the onboarding, testing and launch of new payout partners and payment routes.

· Work with Product and Technology teams on payout integrations and operational requirements.

· Prepare payout, settlement and reconciliation reports.

· Develop and maintain operational procedures and internal controls.

· Work with Compliance to ensure transactions meet relevant KYC, KYB and sanctions requirements.

· Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency and transaction visibility.

· 3–7 years of experience in payments, banking, remittance, treasury or settlement operations.

· Experience managing payouts or settlements to individuals or companies.

· Good understanding of bank transfers, cross-border payments and payment-service providers.

· Familiarity with digital assets, stablecoins or blockchain transactions is preferred.

· Experience in transaction and balance reconciliation.

· Understanding of prefunding, settlement cycles, fees, FX rates and cut-off times.

· Comfortable working with operational systems, partner portals and payment APIs.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial transactions accurately.

· Able to work independently and coordinate across Finance, Operations, Product, Technology and Compliance teams.

· Strong written and spoken English.

· Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

· Hands-on and highly organised.

· Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment.

· Able to manage multiple partners and priorities.

· Careful and dependable when handling funds and settlement instructions.
