We are looking for a motivated Community Growth Partner to help grow and manage our online community presence across Southeast Asia. This is a remote, flexible role perfect for those who enjoy connecting with people and building engaged communities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow online community channels
• Engage with members and foster meaningful interactions
• Recruit and onboard new community members
• Monitor community health and report on growth metrics
• Collaborate with the team to execute community campaigns

Requirements:

• Experience in community management or social media management
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible schedule with availability across SE Asia time zones
• Passion for building and nurturing online communities
