- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network devices.
- Document support processes and track issues using a ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Grad
- Skills and Competencies: Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a team environment and flexibility to handle after-hours support when necessary.
