Technical Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic equipment and system problems.
• Provide technical assistance to customers, technicians, and other departments.
• Perform testing, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance of electronic systems.
• Analyze circuit diagrams, schematics, datasheets, and technical manuals.
• Install, configure, and commission electronic equipment and systems.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Document technical issues, repairs, test results, and service activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Assist in product testing, system improvement, and technical evaluations.
• Provide training and technical guidance to users and technicians.
• Follow company safety procedures, engineering standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
