Freelance Recruiter - Remote

We are in search of ambitious individuals that are interested in Recruitment on an international basis. We are a rapidly growing company based out in Malaysia & Africa, assisting Startups, Non BPOs & BPO, and IT companies to hire the best talents across the globe (Asia, Europe Africa and United States).We are on the lookout for great Recruiters and if you are a talented one with track record, we would like to hear from you.

Experience Recruiters only thus, no training as candidates required to start sourcing once selected.

The task is simple: Sources candidates. It's a 100% remote position.Candidates must have prior recruitment experience in IT and Non IT roles, but other recruitment experiences are also welcome.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Source for candidates, screen resumes, follow up with candidate schedule for interviews, you are not doing end-to-recruitment.
• Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, LinkedIn posting, social networks, databases, referrals, and contacts.
• You are not doing end-to-end recruitment, you are only sourcing CVs/Candidates.
• Follow up with your candidates when schedule for interview and send a gentle reminder to candidates fo their interview.

This is an incentives/commission based role.At least 1 - 2 years experience as a Recruiter/Talent Aquisition Specialist.
