Systems Engineer

Job Qualifications:

-2–4 years of experience in ICT delivery, systems integration, or a related technical role.

-Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in networking and IT infrastructure.

-Familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet, and/or Aruba technologies.

-Relevant certifications are an advantage, or demonstrated commitment toward obtaining industry certifications.

-Experience with installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ICT solutions.

-Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.

-Field-ready and willing to travel to client/project sites as required.

-Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented in executing technical tasks.

-Good communication and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with project and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

-Implement, configure, and commission ICT solutions according to approved designs and Statements of Work (SOW).

-Deploy and integrate networking and infrastructure solutions, including switches, routers, -firewalls, and related systems.

-Conduct system installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning activities.

-Prepare accurate as-built documentation, technical reports, and project closeout documents.

-Perform installation and commissioning checklists, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and snag/issue closure.

-Troubleshoot technical issues during deployment and coordinate with internal technical teams when escalation is required.

-Ensure all project deliverables meet technical, quality, and client requirements.

-Represent the company professionally when working at client sites.

-Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

-Follow company standards for documentation, safety, quality, and project implementation.
