Information Technology Manager

*📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
1. *Department Leadership*: Lead and manage all information technology functions across the organization
2. *Infrastructure & Security*: Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, systems integration, and strict cybersecurity protocols
3. *Tech Support & Operations*: Ensure seamless technical support workflows and continuous uptime for critical operations
4. *Digital Transformation*: Plan and execute forward-thinking tech initiatives to optimize overall company efficiency

*🎯 QUALIFICATIONS*
- *Education*: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- *Core Experience*: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in information technology
- *Leadership Experience*: At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- *Preferred Industry Edge*: Prior experience supporting manufacturing, ERP, warehouse, or production systems is highly preferred
- *Traits*: Strong analytical mind, proactive problem solver, and an effective leader under pressure

*⏰ WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION*
- *Location*: Pasig City - On-site / Office-based
- *Schedule*: 5 Days a week | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- *Note*: Must be flexible and available on an on-call basis for urgent operational needs
