About the role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and BIR requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Experience handling BIR tax compliance and audits
- Knowledge and experience in financial statement preparation
- Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel
- Experience with SAP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership, delegation, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
