Growth LeadReciprocal Ventures is hiring a Growth Lead to compound research into distribution, deal flow, and selective portfolio support.What you’ll do
- Own the firm’s public surface: site, research drops, X, events
- Turn investment work into sharp artifacts without turning us into a media company
- Improve inbound quality from founders and operators
- Help a subset of portfolio teams with GTM and launch positioning
- Measure mindshare and inbound quality, not vanity metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years in growth, comms, or GTM at a crypto firm, research shop, exchange, or startup
- Strong writing and editorial taste
- Fluent in crypto culture and institutional tone
- Comfortable with X, publishing, events, and founder-facing work
