Job Summary

The Commercial & Channel Finance Manager serves as the primary strategic copilot and financial advisor for commercial growth, revenue realization, and retail channel margin architecture across the brand network.

Moving beyond traditional backward-looking corporate expense tracking, this role bridges frontline commercial demand with operational P&L execution.


You will partner directly with senior operational and commercial leadership—including the Demand Planning Analytics (DPA) team, Brand Marketing,  Regional Operations Managers (OMs), and Multi-Unit Managers (MUMs)—to maximize enterprise margin from top-line revenue down to store four-wall contribution.


Key areas of leadership include granular SKU and channel contribution economics (Retail Counter, Aggregators, etc.), trade promotional margin impact, retail pricing governance, and retail Spoke P&L breakeven and performance management.
