At least 2 years of accounting-related work experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

-Invoicing


Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.

Monitor and record issued invoices.

Ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

Check and verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Report discrepancies and irregularities to the supervisor.

Collection Follow-up

Monitor outstanding accounts and due payments.

Follow up with customers regarding unpaid invoices.

Update collection records and report overdue accounts.

Inventory Monitoring


Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.

Check inventory records against actual stock balances.

Report inventory discrepancies and prepare inventory reports.
