Responsibilities

As an IT Support Specialist, you will:

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with technical concerns
• Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, connectivity, and account-related issues
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures
• Provide clear instructions and technical information to customers
• Assist with device, system, and service-related concerns
• Document reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate support team
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures and security guidelines
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications

• College Graduate; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No call center or previous IT support experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common technology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn technical systems, tools, and troubleshooting procedures
