IT Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for motivated and eager-to-learn Technical Department Interns to support our technical team in daily IT operations, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and other technical tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in a professional work environment and an opportunity to develop practical technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the technical team with troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in diagnosing and documenting technical issues and their resolutions.
• Support preventive maintenance and basic inspection of IT equipment.
• Help prepare technical reports, inventory records, and service documentation.
• Assist with other technical tasks and projects assigned by the team.

About you

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Must be eligible for an internship or On-the-Job Training (OJT) program.
• Has basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work collaboratively with the technical team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on technical experience.
• Must be able to comply with the school's internship requirements.
