Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in credit and loans to support business and technology initiatives in the banking industry. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing functional specifications and user stories, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills and can work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), as needed.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions to clarify business needs and resolve questions.
• Work with product owners and project teams to develop, refine, and prioritize product backlogs.
• Ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved, and ready for development within agreed timelines.
• Support user acceptance testing by preparing test scripts, coordinating testing activities, and documenting results.
• Assist with implementation activities and prepare knowledge transfer documents, user manuals, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business users, subject matter experts, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, including requirements definition, functional specifications, and UAT or implementation support.
• Experience in credit and loans is required.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software or product development lifecycle.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and requirements workshops effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and deliverable management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business writing and proficiency in English.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with banking systems and applications.
• Experience with data mapping documentation and system integration.
