Crypto Research & Trading

About the role

We are looking for a Crypto Research & Trading Analyst to combine fundamental and on-chain research with active trading. You will build investment theses, turn them into trades, and manage risk across spot and derivatives positions.

Responsibilities

• Research protocols, tokenomics, on-chain data, and market structure
• Develop trade ideas with clear entry, invalidation, and sizing logic
• Trade spot and derivatives on CEX and DEX
• Manage portfolio risk, exposure, and drawdowns
• Build analytics dashboards and tools (Dune, Nansen, Glassnode, Python)
• Prepare internal research and reports

Requirements

• [2-3]+ years of experience in crypto trading or research
• Strong understanding of liquidity, perpetuals, margin, and liquidations
• Hands-on on-chain analysis experience
• Python and SQL for data analysis
• Verifiable track record or published research
• English: Upper-Intermediate or above

Nice to have

• Options and volatility trading
• DeFi experience (yield, LP, lending)
• Algo trading and exchange API experience
• Background at a fund, prop desk, or market maker

What we offer

• Compensation: $150,000-$200,000
