Job Summary:

Discover your next role as a charismatic, camera-confident Brand Ambassador who becomes the face and voice of our brand. You’ll create short, engaging videos reacting to the latest news in outsourcing, virtual assistance, and workplace trends, and tie each story back to how we help businesses build great teams. You’ll shine here if you’re warm, articulate, and natural on camera, someone business owners feel they already know. Over time, the role grows into a broader sales and marketing position that includes hosting webinars for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shoot 2-3 short talking-head videos each day in a green-screen format, with the news article or report displayed behind you

  • React to current news in the outsourcing, virtual assistant, and workplace trends space and link each story to the value we bring businesses

  • Deliver news-based scripts prepared with AI tools on camera, in your own natural voice and personality

  • End every video with a clear call to action inviting viewers to get our free guide

  • Answer comments and DMs and guide interested viewers through our lead capture flow

  • Post and publish videos on our social media channels

  • Help with video editing and content preparation as the role develops

  • Grow into hosting webinars for prospective clients and a wider sales and marketing role

Mandatory Skills:

  • A confident, natural, and charismatic on-camera presence

  • Excellent spoken and written English with clear, natural delivery that connects easily with US and international audiences

  • A warm, positive, personable manner and an easy ability to build rapport so people feel they’re talking with a friend

  • Ability to turn a script or news story into an engaging, conversational message

  • Comfortable being the public face of the brand on social media

  • An intelligent, quick learner who picks up new tools and ideas fast

  • Self-directed, precise, and consistently dependable

  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the virtual assistant, outsourcing, or staffing industry, such as recruitment, client management, or work at a VA agency

  • Video editing experience, especially short-form content

  • Social media content creation or management experience

  • Familiarity with ManyChat or other DM automation tools

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for writing and content

  • Experience presenting, hosting, or speaking to an audience, including webinars

  • Interest in sales and marketing, or experience in a client-facing role
