Recruiter – Placement Fee / Commission-Based

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs on a placement-fee basis. This is an independent, results-driven opportunity where compensation is earned for each candidate who successfully completes the hiring process, onboards, and begins their assignment.

What You’ll Do

• Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess overall fit
• Present qualified candidates for consideration
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates through their confirmed start date
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings

Compensation

• This position is 100% placement-fee based
• Recruiters are paid an agreed-upon fee for each consultant who successfully onboards and begins working
• There is no guaranteed salary or hourly compensation
• Earning potential is based on successful candidate placements and starts
• Specific placement fees will be communicated for each position

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruiting or talent sourcing experience preferred
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Comfortable independently managing candidates from initial outreach through start
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
• Ability to work on multiple openings and prioritize positions with the strongest placement potential
