Job Responsibilities:

  • Month end closing activities, costs allocation, spending accrual & etc.

  • Prepare month end closing reporting package

  • Variance analysis (Actual versus AOP)

  • Monitoring daily operation spending via SAP system

  • Capital project management

  • Revenue reconciliation on weekly basis

  • Weekly revenue reports to BU (GBU)

  • Weekly Profit and Loss account projection by BU

  • Quarterly support tax provision information required & annual survey form & other external reporting

  • Assist AOP and quarterly business rolling forecast

  • Escalate and discuss with Superior for important and critical issue

  • Other duties assigned by supervisor



Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accountancy/Finance or any equivalent accounting processional qualification

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of related working experience

  • Assertive, creative and ready to work in a changing environment

  • Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills

  • Passion to learn and fast learner

  • Adaptable to process and work request changes

  • Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines

  • Ability to accommodate flexible working hours is an advantage
