Executive Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential candidates through outbound calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Engage candidates in meaningful conversations to understand their recruitment background, experience, career interests, and availability.
• Assess and qualify candidates based on their suitability for specific roles and client requirements.
• Handle initial candidate calls and follow-ups, ensuring candidates are properly screened and engaged before progressing to the next stage.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach and consistent candidate engagement.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment resourcing, talent sourcing, or candidate engagement.
• Australian recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
• Highly confident on the phone, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, initiating conversations, and qualifying candidates.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple candidates and priorities.
