Business Development Executive

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with current accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Proactive Business Development: Initiate contact with prospective clients to build rapport, generate leads, and drive new sales growth.
Technical & Commercial Leadership: Spearhead technical discussions, guide product definition, and track project tenders within the target market.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between customers, internal admin teams, and manufacturing plants to ensure superior product quality, on-time delivery, and responsive after-sales service.
Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities, relaying actionable insights to regional and headquarters teams to shape product development and growth strategies.
Experience: A results-oriented, sales-driven background backed by 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience.
Industry Network: Existing connections and relationships within gas companies, semiconductor EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firms, and end-users are highly advantageous.
Skills & Mindset: A collaborative team player with exceptional strategic thinking and prioritization skills.
