Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Management Specialist to support project execution, client coordination, and operational activities. The ideal candidate has experience in the digital or service industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication of project updates.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all project-related activities.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational support tasks.
• Execute assigned tasks efficiently while exercising initiative and professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the digital, technology, or service industry.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other office productivity tools.
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fast learner with a positive and professional attitude.
• Team player who can work independently in a remote setup.
• Ability to follow instructions while contributing creative ideas and personal insights.
• Active social media knowledge is an advantage but not required.
