Business Development Executive

• Handle and follow up company-generated leads professionally

• Conduct client consultations, explain house packages, pricing, and process clearly

• Prepare and manage quotations, booking forms, and sales documentation

• Maintain consistent follow-up until closing or clear outcome

• Coordinate with draftsman, marketing, and operations team to ensure smooth sales process

• Update daily and weekly lead & sales reports

• Ensure all information provided to clients is accurate and aligned with approved drawings and pricing

• Build long-term client relationships and maintain company reputation

• Adhere to company SOP, pricing structure, and approval flow

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales (property / construction industry preferred)

• Comfortable handling company-generated leads (online ads, walk-ins, referrals)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Emotionally stable and able to work under pressure

• Self-disciplined in follow-up, documentation, and reporting

• Able to accept performance-based income structure

• Willing to work beyond office hours when required (with allowance provided)

• Team-oriented mindset and able to collaborate with marketing & technical teams

• Basic understanding of house construction process is an advantage

• Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Sheets / CRM tools

• Own transport is preferred
