Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop new clients and expand market share for sheet metal & CNC machining business in Malaysia.

2. Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and follow up project cooperation requirements.

3. Collect market and competitor information, and sort out customer demands.

4. Promote the company's precision machining services, negotiate cooperation and sign sales contracts.

5. Cooperate with internal teams to promote project implementation and ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Achieve company's business development and performance targets.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Business, Marketing or related fields.

2. At least 1 year of business development experience in sheet metal or machining manufacturing industry.

3. Familiar with Malaysia's local manufacturing market; customer resources are preferred.

4. Candidates with experience in medical device or semiconductor industry exhibitions are highly preferred.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills.

6. Proactive, results-oriented, able to work under pressure.

7. Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
