About the role

We are looking for a mature, responsible and experienced Business Development Executive to join our established security services company. The position requires someone who is comfortable dealing with clients and management and who can follow up matters and ensure that assignments are properly managed. This position involves both office-based management and field operations. The successful candidate should be prepared to conduct site visits, meet clients, and respond to operational matters when required.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security services industry.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and briefings.

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients, projects and business opportunities.

  • Present the company's security services professionally to prospective clients.

  • Support contract renewal and business expansion activities.

About you

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in security operations, security services, facilities management, operations management, business development or related industries. Candidates with security industry experience will be strongly preferred.

  • Experience in shopping mall, residential, commercial, hospital, school or manufacturing security operations is an added advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and make practical decisions when handling marketing matters.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Possess a valid driving licence.
