Business Development Assistant Manager

Identify and develop business opportunities, strategic partnerships, market expansion initiatives, and growth strategies through market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, and performance reports while managing commercial negotiations and key stakeholder relationships.
Lead cross-functional projects, product launches, vendor onboarding, new outlet openings, and operational improvements, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met.
Analyse business performance, manage SOPs and business documentation, conduct product training, mentor junior team members, and support management in improving departmental efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial, Category Management, Project Management, or a related role.
Strong business acumen with experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
Proven experience in key account management and commercial negotiations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the FMCG，F&B industry is an added advantage.
Willing to travel when required.
