SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (F&B)

? Basic Salary: RM2,500/month + Performance Commission Up to RM10,000

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, proactive and results-driven individuals to join our growing F&B business.

Your main responsibility is to identify new business opportunities, secure corporate clients, develop strategic partnerships and generate revenue through catering services, bulk orders and other business channels.

If you have strong networking skills, excellent sales abilities and the drive to achieve results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B industry.

  • Secure corporate accounts, catering contracts, event bookings and bulk food orders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners and potential customers.

  • Generate sales leads, conduct client meetings and negotiate business deals.

  • Develop strategies to increase sales revenue and expand the customer base.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.

  • Confident in approaching potential clients and closing sales.

  • Good networking skills and existing business connections are an advantage.

  • Previous experience in sales, business development or the F&B industry is preferred but not compulsory.

  • Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

  • Able to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.

Salary & Commission

  • Basic Salary: RM2,500 per month.

  • Performance Commission: Up to RM10,000, subject to achieved sales targets and the company's commission structure.
